Safety Declaration and Lab Access All chemicals and samples must be officially declared via the Experimental Safety Risk Assessment (ESRA) form. This is a mandatory step to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.

Ordering Chemicals via MAX IV If you prefer for MAX IV to handle the procurement of your necessary chemicals, the Chemical Safety Team can facilitate the order for you. How to order: Send an email to ChemSafety@maxiv.lu.se. Required Details: Clearly specify the quantity and quality (e.g., analytical grade, hydrate, etc.) required. The Process: Once the request is received, ChemSafety will manage the ordering, storage, and notify you once your materials have arrived and are ready for use.
